<font size="4" face="Arial">How the hell do they charge you for ketchup??? Don't the little packets just sit out by the napkins and straws? Or are things that different over there that they actually keep and guard the condiments behind the counter?

Some places do tend to keep a tight rein on the condiments, because thieving bastards walk in and help themselves without buying anything. Reduces the number of food-fights too.
